If there is a mistake made on the order by either wrong shipping address, phone number, flavor, etc and it is not corrected 5 days prior to shipping we cannot issue returns. Cannata’s is also not responsible for shipping delays caused by FedEx. Not all addresses are available for Saturday delivery so orders placed for Thursday MAY arrive on MONDAY if you address is not available for Saturday Deliver; this includes business addresses. Delays include but are not limited to Weather Delays, Acts of God, or undeliverable addresses.
Due to increased shipping costs, a Fed Ex Delivery Area Surcharge of $6.99 per package will be applied to shipments to select ZIP codes outside a certain distance threshold.
